What You’ll Do
As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store, inspiring a top-notch sales team to crush goals, delight customers, and drive profitability. You’ll coach, mentor, and lead by example, bringing the latest entertainment and mobility products to life in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Your Key Responsibilities 
Drive Success: Boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair 
 
Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop your team to deliver stellar performance 
 
Build Your Squad: Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including tough calls when needed 
 
Run the Show: Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance like a pro 
 
Show the Way: Lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching 
 
Wow Customers: Jump in to support transactions and create memorable experiences 
 
Onboard with Ease: Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires 
 
Uphold Integrity: Keep Alliance Mobile’s standards sky-high and expect the same from your team 
 
Stay Connected: Communicate seamlessly with your Alliance Mobile community 
 
Bring Your Energy: Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
 
Get Hands-On: Lift up to 25 pounds when needed

What You Bring 
2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams 
 
A proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service 
 
Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills 
 
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm 
 
Comfort with tech—think computers, wireless devices, and more!
