Bristol Honda is seeking an experienced title clerk with at least two years of title work experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with strong title and dealership accounting knowledge and a proven ability to succeed.

 

Job description:

Handle the daily activities of a proven title clerk, ensure timely processing, work closely with management to effectively administer title work to various entities.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Organize and maintain title files.
  • Process customer title and tag applications with multiple agencies.
  • Administer wholesale transactions and ensure timely collection for sold units.
  • Stock-in new and used vehicles and prepare files.
  • Identify and investigate accounting discrepancies.
  • Create and post journal entries.

 

Job requirements:

  • Dealership accounting office experience required.
  • Self-starter that is upbeat and outgoing. 
  • Exceptional communication including email, telephone, and in-person contacts.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Dealertrack DMS experience is preferred.

 

Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
