Soliant is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Tennessee for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time contract position providing services to students with a variety of communication needs. Were looking for someone passionate about helping students succeed in both academic and social settings.

? Job Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY)
• Location: Tennessee (specific district details provided during interview)
• Schedule: Full-time (approx. 37.5 hours/week)
• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: May 2026 (with potential to extend)
• Caseload: Based on candidate experience and district needs (K12)
• Onsite, Hybrid, or Virtual: Varies by district options may be discussed

? Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Tennessee SLP License (or ability to obtain before start)
• ASHA CCCs or CFY supervision available
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required

? Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
