The position of Site Superintendent requires an outgoing individual with the desire for professional growth, and willingness to be a team player. Site Superintendents are responsible for:
Maintaining high level of safety, job site cleanliness, and organization in accordance with company and industry standards
Establish and maintain high quality standards
Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship adheres to quality standards and project specifications
In coordination with the project manager, ensures all labor, materials, and sub-contractors are on-site when required
Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from project set up to completion
Continuously monitor the project schedule
Direct personnel and sub-contractors in the planning and executing of work activites and coordinate phases of construction to avoid delays
Accurately submit thorough daily/weekly reports
Review and maintain a field set of drawings (as-builts)
Manage to the project budget and attain profit goals
Effectively communicate with others, including but not limited to suppliers, clients, and employees
Appropriately manage customer relationships
