Sales and Service Representative

TITLE:

Sales and Service Representative– Washington County and surrounding counties. 

General territory to include Bristol, VA and the surrounding area.

SUPERVISOR: Regional Sales Manager

OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, relationship-building, and driving sales. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and growing our presence in the market.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and promote company goodwill
• Execute sales strategies and close daily sales calls
• Ensure proper rotation of products and adherence to code policies
• Successfully sell, distribute, and place all Specialty products
• Merchandise accounts with legal POS materials and organize floor displays
• Conduct in-store promotions and draught features using effective POS
• Develop new accounts and expand product placements
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and deliveries
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Delivery, and Support
• Cover assigned sales routes as needed, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, promotions, and customer interactions
• Travel to retail locations to ensure product visibility, freshness, and compliance
• Other duties as assigned
  Qualifications
  Minimum Requirements:
  
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance
  • Personal vehicle available for use during work hours
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Previous sales experience, especially in the food/beverage industry
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with mobile and computer applications
  Physical Requirements
  
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of cases and kegs
  • Pushing/pulling carts and hand trucks
  • Climbing stairs, squatting, kneeling, and bending
  • Manual dexterity to operate business equipment
