Job Description:

As a Quality Inspector, your role will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reading blueprints and instructions to understand the quality expectations for products and supplies.
• Approving or rejecting raw materials based on quality standards and recording supplier performance.
• Selecting output samples and conducting various checks using appropriate methods, such as measuring dimensions, testing functionality, and comparing to specifications.
• Utilizing automated systems to perform complex testing procedures.
• Maintaining records of testing, information, and various metrics, including the number of defective products per day.
• Inspecting procedures throughout the production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitoring equipment usage to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met and removing any equipment that doesn't meet requirements.
• Preparing and submitting reports to the quality manager.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a relevant role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• A strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
• A comprehensive understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Certification in quality control, such as ISO 9000, is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in working with MS Office applications.
