Job Description
At BWX Technologies' Erwin, TN site, the HVAC Technician will maintain and troubleshoot approximately 100 HVAC units, including chillers and air handlers, across a high-security facility. Daily tasks include diagnosing electrical issues using multimeters, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems meet federal safety and DOE clearance standards (L or Q). The technician will also document repairs, collaborate with facility teams, and support environmental control critical to regulated operations.

Skills and Requirements
4-5 years of HVAC experience (chillers, using a multimeter, troubleshooting electrical issues etc.)
HVAC license/certification
DOE clearance type L or Q
