Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time HR Generalist for their plant located in Johnson City, TN.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Partner with plant and corporate leadership to drive HR initiatives.

+ Support plant HR functions, including talent management, onboarding, engagement, safety, and organizational development

+ Maintain accurate employee records (files, benefits, attendance)

+ Coach the plant leadership team on employee relations and performance management

+ Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement

+ Lead employee communication efforts and resolve morale issues proactively

+ Develop training and support HR team development

+ Ensure compliance with policies and labor standards

+ Other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's in HR or related field

+ 5+ years HR experience, at least 1 year of leadership preferred

+ Experience supporting/leading HR functions within a Manufacturing environment

+ Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Kronos)

+ Preferred: PHR/SPHR
