A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment—helping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact.

 

You’ll:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support
  • Navigate systems like Clar, OneNote, LifePro, and Teams to resolve inquiries
  • Guide users through the provider portal setup and usage
  • Stay on top of emails and respond to cases inClarc
  • Bring a positive attitude and contribute to team improvements
  • Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service
  • End your day knowing you made someone’s experience smoother and more informed


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • 6+ months in a call-center experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication 
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems 
  • Experience in a virtual desktop environment 
  • Distraction-free remote workspace 
  • High school diploma or GED

 

Preferred:

  • 1–2 years of health insurance experience
  • Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) concepts
  • Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing

 

Additional expectations:

  • Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera 
  • Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, team-focused culture
