Master Services is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. We are proud to be the region’s leader in the basement waterproofing, crawlspace repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling industry.

Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Assistant:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying their accuracy against purchase orders
• Pick and prepare orders for production crews
• Facility upkeep and operational maintenance
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations
• Collecting materials from the warehouse and safely transporting materials to the shipping bays
• Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and purchase products as needed
• Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor
• Managing all merchandise with appropriate care
• Coordinating the timely delivery of materials to job sites as required
• Process returns or damaged products
• Perform essential preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
• Assist in daily operations
• Schedule preventative maintenance for fleet vehicles
• Prepare monthly inventory reports for management, including details on fleet vehicles
• Run errands as needed

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Warehouse Assistant:

• Prior Experience working in a Warehouse
• Knowledge of operating a forklift
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Prior experience with mechanical tools and power equipment is preferred

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
