Vendor Manager

Allied Dispatch Solutions is an international roadside service provider with clients of varying sizes, from B market privatized companies to fortune 100 corporations. Our Nexus team is filled with account managers focused on delivering the best field network in the industry. The Nexus team at ADS lives up to their name by serving as the communication link between multiple parties like Finance, Operations, Production, Relationship Managers, and Outside Vendors (Field Service Providers). The team is an integral part in driving growth and scalability for the future.

 

The Vendor Manager role will communicate, manage, and provide on-going support to our international network of service providers utilized by all contact centers. The Vendor Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with field service providers to optimize our network performance for existing and future clients. Our team relies on years of experience to train new additions effectively on how to transition into the roadside industry. Responsibilities:

  •  Manage Network performance by established key metrics
  •  Proactively find solutions for outlier scenarios as they arise
  • Understand areas of opportunity within designated territory
  • Analyze performance and educate partners/clients as necessary
  •  Understand market trends by region and technology use in the roadside industry
  • Prepare and present reports on defined Key Results
  •  Drive defined SOP adherence across multiple collaborating teams
  •  Strive to help department reach Quarterly Objectives
  •  Support administrative efforts to accomplish short/long term targets

Essential Functions:

  •  Effectively communicate to peers at various levels of seniority
  • Utilize standard office equipment and ability to be trained on proprietary software
  •  Critically think and analyze scenarios from a value-add position to ADS
  •  Understand early-stage business can require “all hands on” type scenarios
  •  Up to 5% travel may be required

  Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  •   Bachelor’s degree
  •   Account Management/Vendor Management experience
  •   Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
