The Vendor Manager role will communicate, manage, and provide on-going support to our international network of service providers utilized by all contact centers. The Vendor Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with field service providers to optimize our network performance for existing and future clients. Our team relies on years of experience to train new additions effectively on how to transition into the roadside industry.
