What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily store operations by running cash register and answering customer service inquiries
  • Meet sales and donation goals in collaboration with your teammates
  • Communicate the Goodwill Mission to customers, donors, and staff and explain how the Goodwill Store, Transportation Department, and Donation Center support the mission.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-friendly environment
  • Assist with donation sorting, pricing and hanging
  • Be a champion of our POS and Push Systems
  • Rotate Sundays with the team.
  • Deliver excellent service to customers and donors every day
  • Help organize sales floor to meet the demands and specifications of the retail DGR (Donated Good retail) process.
  • Follow protocol for all POS system, Push System, store sales, and donation centers.
  • All other duties as assigned by the leadership team. 


What You’ll Need:

  • Retail experience, preferably in the thrift industry
  • Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand/move for long periods
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Ability to work a varied schedule and flexible hours Sunday through Saturday of each week.
