About the Role
Are you a proactive, people-focused professional ready to make a meaningful impact in talent acquisition? We’re seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our growing team and support our Regional Director and key client accounts across multiple states. This exciting new position will give you the chance to travel and make real contributions on the ground. It is based out of our Bristol, TN, location.
What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of recruiting efforts for assigned client accounts using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Screen, interview, and work collaboratively with local branch teams to place top talent.
- Maintain job postings, applicant flow, and accurate records according to company procedures.
- Provide organizational and administrative support directly to the Regional Director.
- Travel to branch locations to offer hands-on recruiting support during busy periods or special initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding, follow-ups, and compliance-related tasks.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, candidate experiences, and overall recruitment performance.
- Report on recruiting metrics and actively participate in regional team meetings and goal-setting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preference given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in recruiting through various methods, including phone, text, email, and more.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for phone communication will contribute to your success as a recruiter.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be highly skilled and comfortable using computers.
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting pipelines with efficiency and care.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice when business needs arise.
Physical & Travel Requirements:
- Prolonged computer work; frequent communication by phone and video.
- Occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs) of recruiting materials or office supplies.
- Comfortable working in both home office and on-site environments, including warehouse or production settings when needed.
- Travel by car or air as necessary for in-person branch support.
