· Key Responsibilities:
· Inspect textile materials and finished products for defects, inconsistencies, and compliance with specifications
· Conduct physical and chemical tests on fabrics, yarns, and garments using standardized methods
· Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality protocols
· Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
· Collaborate with production and design teams to address and correct quality issues
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
· Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
· Use specialized equipment such as tensile testers, lightboxes, and moisture meters
· Perform audits of incoming materials and outgoing products
· Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements
