We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team.

- Remote Work: This is a remote role. You’ll need to look professional for client/prospect video calls, but otherwise, comfortable attire is acceptable.

Tasks vary across clients. You’ll help with proposals, oversee project time, and handle a mix of challenges that keep things interesting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping projects on track and making sure deadlines are met.
- Leading weekly team and one-on-one meetings.
- Supporting new client prospects — from calls to creating proposals.
- Managing client billing and engagement renewals.
- Taking care of HR tasks: hiring, onboarding, time-off requests, and performance reviews.
- Training new team members on tools and processes.
- Documenting and improving our operations.
- Assisting with general office management and team support.
- Being available during business hours to support staff, clients, and prospects.

This job description covers the main responsibilities, but other tasks may come up from time to time. While experience in this field as well as bookkeeping and payroll is preferred, we’re happy to train the right candidate if you don’t have this background yet.
