Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
Work with vendors and contractors to complete construction projects
Ensure the construction occurs according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, engineers and city and county officials
Schedule a perform routine maintenance and preventative work orders
Communicate clearly with residents, employees, and contractors
Maintain weekly agendas and progress updates

Requirements
Experience with HVAC systems (must have experience with HVAC installs)
Hold EPA licensure (Required)
Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
Multi-family maintenance experience preferred
Strong leadership skills and ability to perform in an environment that requires multi-tasking
Strong negotiation skills
Must possess a valid driverβs license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
