Purpose
As a Lead Installer on our Crane & Hoist team, you will guide a technician team in the safe, efficient installation of structural steel and overhead crane systems. This hands-on role includes reading blueprints, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring structural integrity through close collaboration with engineers and project managers. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, safety compliance, and close-out, while ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
Your expertise supports customer compliance with OSHA, ASME, and manufacturer standards. With a commitment to 24/7 service, you’ll deliver reliable support, promote continuous improvement, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance—driving success for our customers and our team.
