Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC filter changes)
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address repair needs
- Support seasonal store setups and internal moves
- Coordinate with vendors on specialized projects
- Maintain grounds (landscaping, snow removal, debris cleanup)
- Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with local codes and standards
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, construction, or building maintenance preferred
- Valid driverβs license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance coverage
- Working knowledge of tools and building systems
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions

Location: Tri-Cities Region (TN/VA)
Schedule: Full-time, day shift - may include some evenings or weekends as needed.
