Your responsibilities as a Dishwasher/Utility will include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the restaurant
• Cleaning and disinfection of all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other equipment
• Empty all trash from the kitchen and other areas
• Work as a team, supporting the cooks with prep work, preparing our signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
• Focus on your team and customers : Every decision you make should always keep the customer and the team in mind.
• Follow all cleaning and safety protocols

What it takes to be successful (physical job requirements)

• You must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and carry up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to stand for an 8-12 hour shift
• Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and ability to multitask
