Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at NGL Transportation. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and address any inquiries or concerns
- Handle customer orders, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide product information and pricing details to customers
- Assist in processing orders and shipments
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Desired Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
