Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at NGL Transportation. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and address any inquiries or concerns
  • Handle customer orders, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide product information and pricing details to customers
  • Assist in processing orders and shipments

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Desired Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $24 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $30 per hour
