You’ll stay up to date on program details and assist individuals in reviewing their options to ensure they understand the value and features of their plans.
Provide accurate information about products and services
Address client questions regarding coverage and benefits
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings
Review existing plans to help clients explore practical solutions
Deliver professional and timely follow-up support
Experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust
