Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior customer service experience required
Strong communication and active listening skills
Professional and positive attitude
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic online systems
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work
