Scratch Brick Oven Inc. in Johnson City, TN is looking for someone to join our team. We are located on 100 East Unaka Ave.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Upon completion of training period, employee is included in tip-share. Additional pay for taking on more responsibility, Paid Time Off at one year. Posted wage range reflects average taxable wage for current employees.

Part-time, 4 days a week only. Must be able to work Thursday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain clean workstations
• Make Pizzas, prepare ingredients to our standard
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cook
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen, communicate effectively and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
