Job Description:

Develop and build relationships with various clinical decision makers & prescribers to expand and support the Fior & Gentz product line in the US market. Present sales presentations to all medical professionals within the assigned territory to elicit the use of Fior & Gentz’s orthotic products and attain sales goals. Contribute to developing effective strategies to consistently achieve sales and profit growth. Responsible for providing excellence in clinical support for key partners in patient assessment, fitting, and troubleshooting of the portfolio. Assist the Neuro Orthotic leadership team with the development of marketing plans and training resources for our referring and fitting partners.

Ideal candidate located in Central US or West and close to a major airport.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders such as physicians, nurses, and physical therapists. This also involves networking and attending conferences.
  • Assist partners in patient candidate assessment through observation of surface anatomy, gait analysis, range of motion testing, muscle testing, and review of potentially complicated health factors.
  • Assist partners in fitting and adjusting Fior and Gentz products.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities through interactions with medical professionals and other team members.
  • Effectively and efficiently organizes priorities and activities.
  • Assists with best practice development and communication associated with the efficiency and success of the Neuro Orthotic program.
  • Assists with the development and completion of internal and external training and all associated support materials.
  • To act as a conduit/voice of the US market to F&G to assist in clinical testing and product development decision-making.
  • Become a subject matter expert for Neuro Orthotic products and protocols for the US market.
  • Sales and Marketing coordination with leadership.
  • Make personalized sales and clinical presentations to medical professionals to drive and support the use of Fior and Gentz’s products and achieve sales goals.
  • Consistently maintain a high level of output according to established productivity standards.
  • Proficient in all operating systems (i.e. Sales Force, Navision, Microsoft, HighSpot).
  • Gather, coordinate, and deliver relevant and constructive feedback from customers and healthcare professionals to R&D to identify areas for product improvement or new product development.
  • Coordinate e R&D and clinical trials/studies.
  • Maintains an acceptable level of technical and clinical competency.
  • Demonstrates team spirit and focus.
  • Submits accurate & timely sales and expense reports as required.
  • Is proactive in cost containment and management of expenses.
  • Seeks out & willing to accept feedback.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Maintains a professional image and demeanor consistent with the image of Össur/Fior and Gentz.
  • Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of company data including new product information, marketing strategies, pricing information, and other business proprietary information.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Orthotist or PT, PTA preferred or relevant clinical experience and or sales/business experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience presenting clinical or sales information to medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and independent decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in utilization of Microsoft Based Software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Navision & Outlook. Sales Force and HighSpot preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Previous sales experience is preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $74,818 - $92,346 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
