 Purpose:

As a Client Services Manager at PDS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology-related fulfillment processes while delivering exceptional customer care and administrative services to our team. You will leverage your independent judgment and action to perform a diverse range of administrative tasks, manage customer orders, accounts, and agreements in various online management systems, and provide essential support to the sales and management teams. An expanded role with Human resource tasks may be included if experience is shown in this area.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide administrative services to our team
  • Execute diversified administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage customer orders, accounts, and agreements in online management systems.
  • Assist with technology-related fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct analytical analysis as required to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Deliver excellent customer care by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to the management team as needed to drive organizational success.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • An expanded role with Human resource tasks may be included if experience is shown in this area.

Position Requirements:

  1. Have a minimum of a 2-year degree or 3 years’ experience in B2B customer support and management
  2. Technology knowledge and experience helpful and preferred
  3. Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  4. High attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.
  5. Management experience preferred but not required
  6. Positive and outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills.
  7. Well-organized, dependable, and flexible in adapting to changing priorities.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  9. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  10. Previous experience in administrative or customer care roles preferred.
  11. Proficiency in using online management systems and Microsoft 365 services programs, and tools.
  12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also independently managing tasks.
  13. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  14. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record required
  15. Background check and drug screen required

Position Information:

Salary dependent on individual qualifications.  This position is a non-except hourly or exempt salary position based on experience.  Current federal law requires identification and eligibility verification prior to employment. Only US citizens authorized to work in the United States may be employed.  This Morristown, TN based position is not a remote work position.
