Position Summary:
Responsible for building customer loyalties through a one-on-one consultative approach. Builds customer trust by becoming a true partner in their business. Performs menu redesign, employee training and development of promotion and merchandising programs. While contributing to controlled brand sales, customer training, advertising, promotions, food shows, brand product selection, customer events and profitability. May also be responsible for managing on-site lunch program, where applicable. Team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years of food service experience in a culinary roll
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors: Culinary Arts, Hotel/Restaurant Management or related area
3+ years culinary arts, hotel restaurant and/or food service experience
Experience working with internal and external customers
Experience planning events
