- Cook & prepare menu items to brand standard.
- Schedule catering teams for On Site events and high-volume pick-up order days.
- Transport, set up & oversee On Site Catering events.
- Sell pick up orders and delivery catering.
Manage time wisely to maintain a consistent and productive pace.
Incorporate “elements of hospitality” into the guest experience.
Prioritize food safety.
Follow proper procedures for safe use of commercial kitchen equipment.
Maintain a clean facility, vehicles, and equipment with excellence.
