This role is ideal for dependable, compassionate individuals who have experience in life—not necessarily in caregiving. Whether you’ve worked in a different field, cared for a family member, or are simply looking for a way to stay engaged and give back, we welcome you.

What You’ll Do

As a trusted caregiver, you’ll assist seniors in maintaining their independence by helping with:

You’ll be matched with seniors who appreciate your help and companionship. Duties may include:

• Light housekeeping and home safety checks
• Meal prep and shared conversation
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Daily routines, medication reminders
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia support (training provided)

Requirements

• Treat clients with dignity and respect
• Weekend availability (If applicable)
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (If applicable).
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Personal and professional references
• Ability to work well with clients, families, and our team
• Physical ability to assist clients as needed (sitting, standing, bending, lifting)
• Compliance with State of Tennessee regulations and DMV check.
