Job Summary

Shift Leaders lead our teams in providing our guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality. They do this by ensuring our Team Members greet guests with a genuine smile and warm and inviting spirit.

Essential duties for a Shift Leaders may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Bojangles leads quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management.
• Assist with creating and implementing plans that ensures flawless execution of Bojangles standards.
• Accepts payments form guests and makes changes correctly
• Explains menu and answers product questions for all guests.
• Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (25+ lbs. as necessary).

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Drivers License
• Cheerful and Positive Attitude
• Loves Serving and Helping Others
• Dependable and reliable
• Enjoys and values ​​Teamwork
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Prior experience using Microsoft products.

• Explain the menu and answer questions about the products to all guests.
• Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting objects (over 25 pounds as needed).

Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.
• Lover of service and helping others.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Enjoy and value teamwork.
• Previous experience handling cash.
• Previous experience with Microsoft products.
